General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the wa77 platform and its services. By visiting the wa77 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Each user may operate only one account. Attempts to create multiple accounts by the same person, household, or residential address will be treated as fraud. If such a violation is found, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance. For any changes to your information, please contact the wa77 support team.

2.4 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. Using another person's login details or sharing your own with others is strictly prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the wa77 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. No payment method outside those listed is accepted.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be sent from the user's own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned. The correct reference number assigned by wa77 must be used for each deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification must be completed before each withdrawal. If there is an active bonus, withdrawal is not permitted until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Bank Transfer

For deposits or withdrawals by bank transfer, accounts at major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Islami Bank may be used. Contact the support team for the full list of accepted banks.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

wa77 offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To claim the bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. The wagering multiplier is 25x.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Withdrawal directly from a bonus balance is not allowed — wagering must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

VIP Program & Cashback

wa77's VIP program has three tiers. Players are automatically promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and engagement on the platform.

Cashback is paid once per week and is credited directly to the balance. As this is not a bonus, separate wagering requirements may not apply — contact support for details.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed when the game loads. wa77 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Voided Bets

If a bet is voided due to a technical error, data feed issue, or any other unavoidable reason, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's balance. wa77 is not obligated to provide any compensation in such cases.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For in-play betting, odds may change in line with live market conditions.

6.4 Manipulation & Fraud

Any form of manipulation, use of bots, software hacking, match fixing, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

wa77 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe that betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment and are not a solution to financial problems.
